Terms of service

These terms cover services, downloads and prints bought from Keith Gumbs, trading as Twin Web ("we", "us"), on this website or through a payment link or custom quote we send you. You agree to them when you tick the box at checkout, or when you confirm a payment link or quote by email before paying.

Orders and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before checkout. Fixed-price services are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. Custom projects over £1,000 take a 50% deposit, with the rest due on delivery. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.

Starting your order

At checkout you ask us to start your order (or hold your call) within the 14-day cancellation period, and acknowledge that if you cancel you pay for work already done, and that the right to cancel ends once the work is fully delivered or a download is sent. Poster prints are different: you can cancel up to 14 days after the day your print arrives. After you pay we email you a confirmation with your order details and cancellation information. What we need from you

After you order we email you a short form for your files and details. Delivery times start once we have what we need. You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us, such as footage, photos, logos and text.

Delivery and revisions

Each service lists its delivery time. Work we make for you includes 2 rounds of changes unless the service says otherwise; on monthly plans that is per piece. Art downloads, prints, 1-to-1 calls and workshops don't include changes. Extra changes beyond that are quoted before we do them.

Ownership

Once your order is paid in full, you own the finished work we make for you. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party items such as fonts, stock media or platforms stay under their own licences. Art downloads and prints from our collection come with a personal-use licence, and Keith keeps the copyright.

1-to-1 consulting

You request a time when you book. Keith confirms by email. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the call. If Keith can't do the time you picked, he offers another, and if none suits you, you get a full refund.

The Claude chat

Claude is an AI advisor. Its answers are general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Prices on the service list and checkout are the ones that apply.

Cancellations and refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
