Keith Gumbs, trading as Twin Web, is the data controller for personal information collected on this website.
What we collect
- Orders and bookings: your name, email, phone number, address (for printed items), what you ordered, and the details you give us for your project or call.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Chat: the messages you type to Claude are sent to Anthropic to generate answers. We don't store chat conversations, and Keith doesn't see them. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Emails: messages you send us, which our AI assistant may read and reply to on our behalf.
Why we use it
To deliver what you ordered, take payment, send receipts and invoices, answer your questions, and keep records the law requires. We rely on performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Anthropic (AI chat and email replies), Google (email and calendar, and Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when our pages load), and anyone working on your order with us. We don't sell your information.
Transfers outside the UK
Stripe, Vercel, Anthropic and Google may process your information in the USA. Those transfers are protected by the UK-US data bridge or the UK's approved international data transfer agreements in their terms.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records, including the booking details stored with your payment, are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Other emails are kept for up to 12 months after we last hear from you, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or dispute.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page to keep payments secure.
